Every Esano order has a number that starts with E-, like E-10482. You and the buyer see the same number, so it's the easiest way to talk about a specific order.
Where you see the order number
- In your Seller hub, under Orders, in the Order column.
- At the top of an order page, as "Order E-10482".
- In the "You made a sale" email: the line under the heading reads your shop name, "Order E-10482" and the date. See the "You made a sale" email.
Where the buyer sees it
- In their receipt email, whose subject is "Your Esano receipt for order E-10482".
- On their Purchases page, next to each purchase as "Order E-10482".
- In the download links email you send when you resend download links.
If a buyer writes to you about a problem, ask for this number. It saves guessing which purchase they mean. Buyers can find theirs with find your order number and receipt.
Open an order from its number
There's no search box on the Orders page, so use one of these:
- Open Orders and pick the date range that matches the purchase date. The Order column shows the number with its date underneath.
- Or type the order's web address. Replace the number at the end with yours, in lowercase:
https://esano.com/dashboard/orders/e-10482.
If you see "not found", the order may not be paid yet, or it belongs to a different shop. Your list only shows paid orders from the shop you're working in.
Multiple shops in one order
A buyer can buy from several shops in one checkout. They get one order number, and every shop in the cart sees that same number. Each shop only sees the part of the order that belongs to it, including its own items and totals. You can't see what the buyer bought from other shops.

Common questions
Is there a search box for order numbers?
The Orders page has no search box. Filter by tab and date range, or open an order directly with its web address.
Do two shops share an order number?
They can. If a buyer checks out with items from two shops in one cart, both shops see the same number, and each only sees its own items.
