See reviews of your listings

All reviews of your listings are in Seller hub → Reviews, newest first. Each review shows the rating, the buyer, the text, any photo, and your reply if you've written one.

Open the Reviews page

1. Open the account menu on esano.com and choose Seller hub.
2. Choose Reviews in the left menu.

A number beside Reviews shows how many reviews still need a reply.

Read the summary

Once you have at least one review, four figures appear at the top:

• Average rating: the average of your reviews to one decimal place, with how many reviews it comes from.
• New this month: how many reviews arrived this month, compared with last month.
• You replied to: the share of your reviews that have a reply, such as 60%, with the count.
• 3 stars or less: how many low reviews you've received, all time.

Filter your reviews

Three tabs sit under the figures:

• All: every review, with a count.
• Needs a reply: reviews without your reply. When you've answered them all, the tab says "Nothing here. You've replied to every review."
• 3 stars or less: reviews with 1, 2 or 3 stars.

With no reviews yet, the page says "No reviews yet."

What each review shows

• The star rating and the buyer's name and photo.
• The date, and an Order link to the order page the review came from.
• The written review, if the buyer wrote one. Written reviews are optional.
• The buyer's photo of what they made, if they added one.
• The listing it is about, with its image and the license the buyer bought. Select it to open that listing in your editor.
• Your public reply, labeled Your reply, if you've written one.

Below each review you can write a reply, edit your reply, or report the review. See reply to a buyer's review and report a review or ask for removal.

Who can see the Reviews page

The owner, Managers and Support team members can open Reviews, reply, and report. Team members with the Listings role can't. See who on your team can see shop messages.

How reviews appear to shoppers

Reviews also show on your listing pages and feed the stars on your listing cards and shop page. See how ratings show on your shop. Buyer-side review rules are in review guidelines and what gets removed.
