To report a buyer, open the conversation in Seller hub → Messages and select Report this conversation. Esano reviews the report, and the buyer isn't told.
Report one conversation
- Open the account menu on esano.com and choose Seller hub.
- Choose Messages, then open the conversation.
- In the side panel, select Report this conversation. You can also open the More actions menu (the three dots) at the top and select Report.
- Under What's wrong?, choose a reason.
- Add Details if you want to. This is optional and can be up to 1,000 characters.
- Select Report.
You'll see "Reported. Esano will review it." and return to your inbox.
Choose a reason
- Spam
- Harassment or abuse
- Scam or asking to pay outside Esano
- Something else
No reason is chosen to start with, and Report stays off until you pick one. Use Details to explain what happened, for example what the buyer asked you to do, so the person reviewing it has context. For what each reason covers, see report a message or conversation.
Report several conversations at once
- In your inbox list, tick the box next to each conversation. Use Select all conversations to pick every row on the page.
- Select Report in the bar above the list.
- Choose a reason and select Report.
The dialog is titled "Report" with the number of conversations. Your reason and details apply to all of them. If some reports fail, Esano tells you how many went through so you can retry the rest.
What happens after you report
- Esano reviews the report.
- The conversation moves to your Archived folder and is marked as read.
- The buyer isn't told. Esano doesn't send them a message, email or other notice.
- The messages stay in the thread, so you can still read them in Archived. See star, archive and mark shop messages.
The report is saved for Esano to review. If something needs attention sooner, use the steps below.

Common questions
Does the buyer know I reported them?
No. Esano doesn't send the buyer a message, email or notice about your report.
Can I block a buyer?
The Messages page doesn't have a block option. Report the conversation so Esano can review it, and you don't have to reply.
Can I report more than one conversation at once?
Yes. Tick the conversations in your inbox list and select Report. You choose one reason that applies to all of them.
