Search for files and shops on Esano

Type what you want into the search bar at the top of any Esano page, then press Enter. Esano searches digital files and shop names.

Run a search

1. Click the search bar that says Search files and shops…
2. Type a few words, like "floral wreath" or "embroidery font".
3. Press Enter, or click the magnifying glass Search button.

The results page opens with the heading Search results for and your words. Files for sale that match appear in a grid. If your search matches shop names, those appear above the files.

A blank search doesn't run. To start over, click the × in the search bar (Clear search) and type again.

Use suggestions while you type

A list opens under the search bar as you type. It can show three kinds of choices:

• Shops. Up to three matching shops come first, each labeled Shop. Choose one to go straight to that shop's page.
• Search phrases. Up to five phrases follow, taken from the tags and categories of files for sale. Choose one to search for that phrase. These are search ideas, not individual files.
• Search shops for… appears at the bottom. Choose it to see shops whose names match, with no files.

Use the Up and Down arrow keys to move through the list and Enter to pick one. Press Esc to close it. If the list says there are no suggestions, or that suggestions aren't available right now, press Enter anyway. Esano runs the full search.

Switch between all results and shops

At the top of the results page there are two tabs:

• All results shows matching shops above matching files. It previews up to four shops and adds a See all shops link when there are more.
• Shops shows only shops, 12 per page.

Narrow down your results

Once you have results, use All filters to narrow them by file type, price and more, and the Sort menu to change the order. See Filter files by type, price and resolution and Sort search results and browse pages.
