Esano only shows files that are for sale, and shops that have files for sale. If something is missing, a filter, the spelling or the shop's status is the usual reason.
Check your search and filters first
- Look for filter pills above the files. Click the × on any you don't want.
- Check the spelling. Search can fix some mistakes, but not all. See Get better search results.
- Try fewer words, or search by file type, like "svg."
- Make sure you're on All results. The Shops tab shows shop names only.
If you see "No files match these filters," click Clear filters.
Why a file may not appear
A file shows up in search and browse pages only when it is:
- Published and for sale. Drafts, deleted listings and unpublished listings don't appear.
- Ready, with an approved preview image.
- From a shop that isn't on vacation.
- From a shop that has finished setting up payouts. Until it has, its paid files are hidden, and its free files show on its shop page and in categories but not in search or on Trending.
- Still available. Listings Esano has taken down are removed from view.
Why a shop may not appear
A shop shows up in search and the Shops to know directory only if it has at least one file that meets the rules above. Shop name search also leaves out shops that haven't finished setting up payouts. A shop on vacation, or with no files for sale, is left out. Its page can still be open to visitors, with a note that you can browse but can't purchase right now.
Shop name search matches parts of the name in order and doesn't fix spelling. See Search for a shop by name.
Why it's not on Trending or in a collection
Trending shows the top 1,000 files. Everything else is still in categories, search and shop pages. Some collections are seasonal and rest outside their dates.
A saved favorite is gone
Favorites only list files still for sale, and guest favorites stay on one device. See Find and manage your favorites.
You have a direct link
Old links to a listing still work. If the listing's address has changed, you're taken to the current one. If the file is no longer for sale, the page may not open.

Common questions
I'm a seller. Why can't I see my own draft in search?
Drafts never appear in search or browse pages, even to the shop owner. Publish the listing and it will show up for everyone, including you.
How long before a new listing or shop shows up?
Search reads live results. Shop directory and some browse pages refresh within about five minutes, and search suggestions can take up to 30 seconds to catch up.
