Sign in and use New board on Favorites to organize saved files. Boards are private until you enable a share link.
Create a board and add files
- Open Favorites and select New board.
- Enter Name, up to 60 characters, and select Create.
- Save a file using the heart on its listing card.
- In the Saved to Favorites popup, select the board under Add to a board.
You can also select New board inside that popup to create a board and add the file. A file can belong to several boards. You can have up to 50 boards, with up to 500 files per board.
Open a board from the row above the Items and Shops tabs in Favorites.
Remove files, rename or delete a board
On a board, select Remove from board on a card to take the file off that board only. Its favorite and other board memberships remain.
Selecting the highlighted heart removes the favorite and takes the file off every board. To rename a board, open Board options, select Rename, change its name and select Save.
Select Delete board in Board options and confirm to delete the board. Its files stay in Favorites.
Add a board's files to your cart
Select Add all to cart on your board. It adds available files with Personal licenses, skips files already in the cart and skips shops on vacation. Existing cart licenses stay as they are.
The cart holds 100 listings, so only files that fit can be added. Review the cart and change licenses on listing pages if needed. A saved board does not grant commercial rights or ownership of any file.
Share a board link
- Open your board and select Share.
- Enable Anyone with the link can view.
- Select Copy and send the link.
- Select Done.
People with the link see the board's available files and your first name. The board is not listed in search. Sharing a board shares listing links, not the purchased files or your whole favorites list.
Turn Anyone with the link can view off to stop the link working. Deleting the board also removes its shared page.
Save someone else's shared board
Open its shared link and select Save this board. Sign in if asked. Esano creates a private copy of its available files in your boards and saves those files to Favorites.
The copy is separate; later changes to the original do not update it. If you already saved it, Saved · View board opens your existing copy instead of creating another. The owner sees Your board.
