Search for a shop by name

Type part of the shop's name into the search bar and choose the shop marked Shop in the suggestions. You can also press Enter and open the Shops tab, or browse the shop directory.

Open a shop from suggestions

1. Click the search bar and start typing the shop's name.
2. Look for a result labeled Shop. Matching shops appear first, up to three.
3. Choose the shop to open its page.

See every matching shop

1. Type the name and press Enter. Matching shops appear in a Shops section above the files, up to four of them.
2. Click the Shops tab at the top, or See all shops when there are more than four, to see shops only.

You can also pick Search shops for… at the bottom of the suggestions. While you're on the Shops tab, the search bar says Search shop names… and only suggests shops. Click All results to go back to files and shops together.

The Shops tab shows 12 shops per page, with page links at the bottom. Filters and sorting only apply to files, so they never hide a matching shop.

How names are matched

Search compares what you type with each shop's name and web address, ignoring capital letters and punctuation.

• Exact matches come first.
• Names that start with your words come next.
• Names that contain your words in the same order come after that.
• Ties are sorted alphabetically.

You don't need the full name. "Love That" or "love-that-for-you" can find a shop called Love That For You. Your words have to appear in the order you typed them.

No matches

If you see "No shops match," try just part of the name, or browse all shops. That page is titled Shops to know and lists the shops with files for sale, newest releases first.

Next step

Once you're on the shop's page, you can look through everything it sells or search inside it. See Browse shops and search inside a shop. To ask the shop a question, see Message a shop on Esano.
