Esano shows "Thanks, we’ll take a look." The form has no details or attachment field. If the issue needs more context, email customerservice@esano.com with the listing link and the question you're referring to.

If the report doesn't send

  • "Choose a reason." means you need to select one of the four options.
  • "You’ve already reported this question. Thanks, we’ll take a look." means your earlier report is already saved.
  • "That question is no longer there. Reload the page." means it is no longer available to report.
  • If Esano asks you to sign in again, sign in and retry.

Esano doesn't promise a review deadline or a specific outcome. Its content standards apply to public questions as well as other posts.

Common questions

Can I add details to a question report?

No. This form asks for a reason only. Contact support if you need to explain more.

Does reporting remove the question immediately?

No. Sending the report asks Esano to review it; the report action doesn't itself hide the question.
