Deliver the final files for a custom order

Upload the final files on the request page, then select Deliver to [buyer]. Esano checks every file first, and the order stays open until all of them pass.

Deliver the files

1. Go to Custom orders and open the paid request. You must have recorded the start of work first. See Record when you start custom work.
2. In Deliver the files, drop your final files into the box or select Browse files.
3. Wait for each file to finish uploading and checking.
4. Add a note in Message with the delivery if you like (up to 500 characters).
5. Select Deliver to [buyer].

The button stays disabled until at least one file has uploaded and nothing is still in progress.

Rules for delivery files

• Up to 1 GB per file and up to 20 files per delivery. See File size and count limits for listings.
• Use supported file types. Files inside ZIPs must pass inspection too.
• Esano checks each file before the buyer can get it. If you see "All agreed final files must finish checking and be accessible before delivery", wait for the file checks to finish, then try again. A failed check shows Retry check, and Cancel removes the upload.
• External delivery links aren't supported. You'll see "External delivery links are not supported. Upload files for checking."
• Remove a file from a delivery you haven't sent yet with Remove. Replace all files swaps the whole set, and your current files stay available until the replacement passes its checks.
• Once delivered, files can't be removed.

What delivery does

When you select Deliver to [buyer]:

• The order becomes Delivered and appears on your Delivered tab.
• The buyer is emailed "Your custom files are ready" with your message, and can download from their request page or Purchases.
• The buyer gets 7 days to approve or ask for changes. If they do nothing, the order completes on its own.
• Your payout hold starts. It lasts 14 days from accessible final delivery. See When a custom order completes and when you get paid.
• Any open request for more time ends, because the order is delivered.

Your request page then shows Delivered files, and Waiting for [buyer] with the date the order completes automatically.

Deliver revised files

If the buyer asks for changes, the section is called Send the revised files. Upload and deliver the same way. Earlier versions stay listed under Earlier versions, and the buyer's review and your payout hold start again with the new delivery.
