Seller sales are on the shop dashboard Orders tab. Buyers see Purchases, which is different.
Finish Payment Setup, confirm the listing is public, deliver via Esano Download, and message from the Orders tab if needed.
Talk to buyers and reviews.
From Orders, press Message Customer. The thread stays on that tab in a dialog. Or use Messages.
Buyers leave reviews from Purchases with Review. Sellers see them on the listing and shop.
Turn custom requests on and complete them.
Turn custom orders on so Request Custom Order appears on your shop. Then Accept or Decline each request.
Accept the request, keep communication in Messages, deliver files on Esano, then Mark Completed.
