Your sales list is not Purchases. Purchases is the buyer page.

See orders

1. Open the shop dashboard.
2. Open Orders.
3. Use Message Customer on a row when you need to talk to that buyer without switching tabs.

Custom requests are Custom Order Requests on the same dashboard area.

Confirm Stripe onboarding is complete and the buyer finished checkout. Fees and net show on Payment Setup / earnings, not only in the table.
