How to message a buyer

You can write buyers without leaving Orders.

From an order

1. Open Orders.
2. Press Message Customer.
3. Write in the dialog. Stay on Orders — the dashboard does not force you onto the Messages tab.

You can also open Messages for the full inbox.

Never ask for off-platform payment. Never ask for card numbers.

Select an issue

Message Customer failed

Refresh. Confirm you still own the shop. If it still fails, try Messages.
