How to fulfill a custom order

Fulfillment stays in the product.

1. Accept the request (optionally Send & Accept with a note).
2. Talk in Messages.
3. If they need to pay for the custom work, use Esano checkout — not a personal PayPal.
4. When the work is delivered the Esano way, press Mark Completed.

Do not treat emailing a ZIP as the normal completion path.
