How you're protected

Esano's protections are operational, not a separate insurance product.

• Payments: Stripe on Esano checkout. Esano does not ask for your card in email or Messages.
• Files: After a successful charge, Download uses signed URLs from Esano storage (Cloudflare R2). That is the real delivery path.
• Identity: Marketplace email verification for accounts. Help Center is public without that gate.
• Abuse: Report listings via Report an Issue on Contact. Copyright process is in the Terms.

Esano does not have a Purchase Protection case system. Do not expect an Etsy-like "open a case" button. File problems: seller via Messages, then Esano Contact.
