First sale checklist

Before you celebrate, confirm money and files.

1. Payment Setup is complete (Stripe onboarding).
2. The listing is public and not in Vacation mode.
3. The buyer can Download from Purchases — you should not email the ZIP as the default.
4. Open Orders and confirm the sale.
5. If they write you, answer in Messages or Message Customer.

Payouts follow Stripe Connect, not a same-day Esano check.

Connect immediately. Esano still charged the buyer to the platform; transferring your net requires the connected account.
