How to accept custom orders

Custom orders are optional.

Turn the feature on

1. Open the shop dashboard.
2. Enable custom orders on the card that says a Request Custom Order button will appear on your shop page.
3. Save.

Each request

On Custom Order Requests: Respond, Accept, Decline. Send & Accept sends your written response.

Select an issue

Buyers still do not see the button

Confirm the toggle is on and the shop is not in Vacation mode.
