I can't find my download

Most "missing download" cases are the wrong inbox or not being signed in.

Check these

1. Purchases while signed in with the email you paid with.
2. Spam and the promotions tab for the Esano receipt.
3. The guest email on the receipt — it may not be the email on your account.
4. The success page right after checkout — do not assume a closed tab lost the order; the charge is what matters.

If payment succeeded and you still have no files, message the seller. Then Contact us.

The product page may be gone. Your purchase row can remain. Try Download anyway. If it fails, contact the seller and Esano.
