Guest purchases and receipt emails

A guest purchase has no Esano login. The receipt email is the record.

What arrives

• A receipt from Esano with a download link.
• The files themselves via that link (signed URL), not as a random attachment from the seller.

Keep the email. If you create an account later, use the same address.

Try Purchases after signing up with that email. Otherwise Contact us with the approximate time and last four of the card only — not the full number.
