How to request help from a seller

Order and file problems start with the seller. They uploaded the files.

Steps

1. Sign in.
2. Open Messages or start a conversation from the shop.
3. Include the listing title, purchase date, and what is wrong.
4. Give them a reasonable window to reply with a fix.

If you cannot reach them or the file is still unusable, Contact us as Technical Support or Report an Issue.

Account, payment, and platform problems skip the seller and go straight to Contact.
