How to message a seller

Conversations live in Messages. That is the supported way to talk to a seller about an order.

Message a seller

1. Sign in.
2. Open the shop or the listing, and start a conversation if the UI offers it.
3. Or open Messages and continue an existing thread.

Describe the listing title, what you expected, and what you got. Do not paste card numbers.

If the file is missing or corrupt, that is the first step. Esano Contact is the next step if the seller does not resolve it.
