Check Purchases, the receipt email, and the email you used at checkout. Then message the seller, then Contact us.
Purchases keeps Download available after the first time. Guests reuse the receipt email link.
Guest orders are tied to the email entered at Checkout. The receipt is the download path until you make an account with that address.
