How to download your files

Files are delivered as soon as payment succeeds. There is no shipping wait.

Signed-in buyers

1. Open Purchases.
2. Find the listing.
3. Press Download.

One file downloads directly. Several files in the same listing come down as one ZIP named after the listing.

Guests

Use the download link in the Esano receipt email. Creating an account with that email can also surface the order on Purchases.

Try again. If it still fails, see I can't find my download. Do not ask the seller to email the files as the normal path.
