Tips for buying safely

Esano is the marketplace. Stripe takes the payment. Files download from Esano after that payment.

Do this

• Pay only on esano.com checkout.
• Keep file delivery on Esano: Purchases → Download, or the receipt email Esano sent.
• Message the seller in Messages on Esano if the file is wrong or missing.
• Treat emails that ask you to "complete payment off Esano" as fake. See Phishing and fake Esano emails.

Do not do this

• Do not send card numbers, bank logins, or ID photos in Messages.
• Do not pay a seller by Venmo, PayPal friends-and-family, wire, or crypto because they asked in a message.
• Do not download files from a random cloud link a stranger pasted in chat as a substitute for Esano delivery.

Esano does not run a purchase-protection case system. If something is wrong, message the seller first, then Contact us.
