How to request a custom order

Not every shop takes custom work. The seller turns that on.

Request

1. Open the shop page.
2. If you see Request Custom Order, open it.
3. Describe the work. Attach a reference file if the dialog allows it.
4. Press Submit Request.

The seller sees it under Custom Order Requests on their dashboard. They can Respond, Accept, Decline, or later Mark Completed.

This is not a second checkout by itself. Payment for custom work follows whatever the seller and Esano UI do after accept — stay on Esano.

That shop has custom orders off. Message them only about listed files, or pick another shop.
