How to report a listing or shop

There is no separate "report" button on every listing. Reports go through Contact us.

Report

1. Copy the listing URL (/listing/…) or shop URL (/shop/…).
2. Open Contact us.
3. Set ticket type to Report an Issue.
4. In the message, paste the URL and what is wrong (spam, IP you own, illegal content, impersonation).

Esano reviews reports against the Terms of Use. Repeat copyright infringement can lead to account termination (see the Terms Copyright Infringement section).
