How to invite a team member

Team members help run one shop.

Invite

1. Open the shop dashboard team card (Invite team members and manage their access).
2. Press Invite.
3. Enter their email and permissions in Invite Team Member.
4. Press Invite. They should get an email. If the email fails, the invite can still be pending.

You can cancel a pending invite.

They need an Esano account. Do not share your password.

Select an issue

They never got the email

Ask them to check spam. Cancel and Invite again. Confirm the address.
