Esano seller fees

The fee is PLATFORM_FEE_PERCENT = 20 at checkout.

• Charged amount = discounted price the buyer pays.
• Platform fee = 20% of that amount.
• Shop net = the rest.
• Stripe's card processing is Stripe's. Esano does not add a second "listing fee" or "Etsy Plus" equivalent.
